Dimitri Kondos – State Farm Insurance Agent

I just switched my auto insurance mainly because I was tired of not having an agent — someone to directly call. That is what State Farm is known for and Dimitri was super helpful and efficient. He did all of the leg work to get my account setup and it was a smooth easy transition. I would highly recommend Dimitri and his team to anyone!

Let’s be honest… State Farm commercials are hilarious, and I’m pretty sure they played a role in me seeing what State Farm had to offer.
I met with Dimitri to do a discount double check (I definitely made him do the move), and was pleasantly surprised by the rates. Dimitri was extremely friendly and helpful, and I now have both home and auto through State Farm.

Let me just start by saying, dealing with insurance companies are not really my cup of tea. Me and my folks were having major disappointment from our previous insurance carrier. (We purchase a couple of vehicles). Well, to make it short, they just kept sky rocketing our premiums with there lack of, decent explanation to why? And top that with snotty/​rude reps to work with. It’s like you were doing them a major inconvenience by calling and asking crucial questions about your policies. Well, anyways after they made my dad wait for almost an hour and half at a dealership, he was done. So I shopped around and read all the reviews here in Unilocal.I called the agency and spoke with Janae, she was very nice and attentive, patiently listening to all mine and my folk’s needs. After a couple emails here and there, she got us all fully switched with me and my parents both paying a good 10−15% less than our previous premiums. So if you’re shopping or simply had enough with your current insurance carrier, call them up. You’ll be surprised how much money they’ll save you!

Such a quick, easy and professional experience. Katrina was so easy to work with. She was very knowledgeable and made getting my auto/​renters insurance a breeze!

Fantastic experience with a knowledgeable agent and friendly staff! Honestly, I could not be happier with my interactions with Dimitri while purchasing my life insurance policy; he walked me through the process from start to finish and made sure I understood the details of my policy, how it worked and most importantly, how it will benefit me down the road!
We also discussed other State Farm products I was interested in and was surprised to find out State Farm is also a bank and offer mortgage loans… who knew!
Update (¹⁄₂₈): I am finally buying a home!!! I called Dimitri and received my pre-​approved letter from State Farm Bank and was able to make an offer on a home! Thank you To Dimirti and his wonderful staff that made this a positive experience!

I went to Dimitri’s office and opened a mutual fund. He was so helpful and knowledgeable. I had no idea what I was doing so I had tons of questions and they had snacks bonus!

Highly recommend! Insurance isn’t fun but these guys take such care, they know us by name and in this day and age it is so wonderful to deal with real and very nice people.
