Digital Smoke

Just left Digital Smoke being a satisfied customer like I always am when I walk out that door.
Had to try a 30ml bottle of Grape Drank, which after I tasted I definitely think it should be named GRAPE DANK, Because it has a Top Shelf Grape taste.
Best grape vape I’ve had.

These guys are hands down the best in the business, and I have been to a few. Mostly in LA, they are that good. Friendly knowledgeable staff, they go above and beyond. Especially Albert, love that guy! And this is an odd little detail, but worth mentioning, they have the softest toilet paper too! You can really tell your in an establishment of a higher caliber by the kind of toilet paper they have, and a spotless bathroom too boot! I give the bathroom alone five stars!

They have a huge selection of flavors, made in house, and are always friendly.
They also impressed me by actually honoring their frequent buyer program, which I have found to be an issue with many places I have gone. Great job!!!

I popped into Digital Smoke towards the end of their business day… was ready to get back off the analog smokes and go digital. The atmosphere here was great… friendly, laid back and a real pleasure. But what REALLY made this place shine over the numerous other shops in town were the two guys working there that night… Kyle and Al. What an absolute pleasure they both were to deal with for my purchase. I’ve worked retail since I was 18 years old… so I have little patience for bad customer service. The owner of this shop is doing a great job in hiring the team there. Kyle helped me with my purchase… he wasn’t pushy, he was very honest and wasn’t just pushing the most expensive piece in the place… he was very sensitive to cost, which was great… though I already was prepared to throw down for a more pricey unit. While Kyle finished up my juice, etc… I had the pleasure to sit with Al and he went through every aspect of my new purchase. Neither were rushing to get out of there (the place closed while I was there) and they made me feel very welcome. Kudos guys… seriously. These guys are REAL assets to Digital Smoke and I really hope they are being paid well!
This is the place to go for your vape needs in Portland. I’ve been to a few others that had high reviews and didn’t feel nearly as welcome as I did here.

Fantastic place. The guys are friendly & knowledgeable. They are happy to make great suggestions & they know their juice AND their vaping products.
Last time I was their I had them help me come up with a custom flavor. The dude was so excited about the mix he actually made himself a bottle of it — who knows, it may end up on their menu.
This was my second visit and second great experience — I wouldn’t go any where else.

My only criticism– put your juices in some kind of order. Finding a flavor from your menu can be a bit frustrating when they’re not alphabetized or anything.

The guys that work here are fantastic, always welcoming (and trust me I’m there all the time,) helpful and cheerful. Very customer service oriented and lots of perks. You get a free bottle of juice the first time you come in, and for other things like buying a full setup etc. They do card rewards too and I’ve gotten at least 3 free bottles from those. They do custom juice and have a large selection of equipment at great prices. This is my favorite shop hands down. Enjoy!

From the moment I walked into the door, the two guys who helped me were awesome and welcoming. I have always been intimidated of vape shops and vaping in general, but I wanted to try it and give up smoking. Al and Brenton were really helpful and pretty much explained everything from how to use the device to how they make their own juice. They made suggestions based on my likes and gave me an awesome starter kit. Be sure to try all the awesome flavors they have. I’ll definitely be coming in again.

My husband and I discovered this vape store about a month ago and we are hooked. Great, friendly service and drops that cannot be beat. We found our new vape home! Love it!!!

Not only were the two gentleman very nice, the juice they make is freaking awesome. Very tasty. The prices are fantastic! I would recommend them to anybody.

Al was super knowledgeable helpful and friendly. They have the biggest tasting selection ive yet to encounter with pretty much any flavor you can think of! You can also walk out with your own custom blend in hand! I got an excelent strawberry and vanilla (the first fruit flavo ive actually wanted to vape all day), a custom blend of cucumber, basil and ginger and a chocolate cheesecake one with a hint of tobacco that is to die for! You can literally spend over an hour here tr to ng stuff (as my friend ben and i did).
The quality of the juice is on point and the prices are amazing! This is shop is going to be a regular spot for me to refill on juice. I am so happy that we decided to stop in!

Best vape shop in town. I work down the street, always pass by it. When I went in they were super friendly, very knowledgeable. Good prices, awesome selection, sending all my friends and co-​workers there… definitely the place to go.

Not pushy. Good selection and reasonably priced. Free one time 10ml bottle if you check in with Unilocal.They mix your choice right there. Nice décor and staff. Pleasant experience every time I went in. I like it and recommend it.

Still haven’t found better vg juice in metro pdx. They are my #1 goto for vaping mods, wire, dripping rda’s. Keep it up DS. looking forward to great business in the future. Easily the most inviting vape store I’ve visited! Nice open airy atmosphere, and a fantastic staff that are happy to help! Their selection of liquids is incomparable, and their knowledge is unsurpassed. If you’ve tried the rest, come to northeast and try the best! Thank you digital smoke!

Stopped in a few days ago as stated in a couple other few other reviews the women working there is pleasant and helpful. The guy there however is a arrogant jerk. Try to remember vape shops are all over the place. So I will take my business and my money down the road.

I just happened to drive by this place by accident and had to stop in. It’s a nice shop. Bright and open. I kinda liked how they had stuff from local artist on the walls for sale. I like business that help other locals. Their prices are way below what I have see at other vape shops. They have the Vision Spiner II for 35 and I have seen them run between 45 to 50 bucks. They make their own juices as well, which I think that is outstanding. They have a huge selection of flavors and can custom make any flavors that you want. I had them make me a pumpkin and it’s rather tasty. 10mL of juice ran me about 6.50, very good price. They are still new so they need to build some of the stock, I was looking for a coil for a kranger tank and they didn’t have one, I guess I could have bought a new tank to go with my new favor though. I
I live in Gresham, but for the price of their products, I will return very soon for more juice and a maybe an accessory or two.

Wow… This is a great Vape Shop. When I first tried visiting here I went out on a Monday cause Unilocal said they were open but as another reviewer pointed out there is a sign in the window that says the store is closed on Mondays. I was really bummed out. I called and left them a message letting them know their hours on Unilocal had not been updated and they might want to do it.
I had tried some of the Captain Crunk flavor from someone and it was amazing so I decided to make another trip out. This time I called ahead just to be sure and their hours had been updated and correct. It was 6:30pm and they closed at 8pm so I had to scoot coming from Oregon City.
I’m so glad I came. First off, the staff are super friendly and helpful. I asked about the Captain Crunk that I wanted and I found out that they actually mix your juice to your specifications right when you order it. That is so awesome. It came out perfect. I wanted a 4mg and they made it no problem. Also they have a VG blend for drippers. So far I’m pretty stoked. Then I found out how inexpensive their juice is.
Nope… it doesn’t stop there. On top of a great price they were having a raffle and 20% off sale and I ended up getting two 30ML of juice and one 50ML for roughly $ 32.00 plus I got enough punches on my stamp card that they gave me to get another free juice for another day and I won a Bliss Tank in the raffle. I stumbled out of their way ahead of the game.
The only downfall which is actually in my favor is that I got so much juice for money that I won’t need to go back for at least a week or so to try some more. I can’t wait to stop by here again. As I said I live in Oregon City and it was well worth the drive.
