I went there to ask if they still accept an interpreter form Arabic to English (for my dad), they told me that they have Arabic language in their system, but if I want to bring an interpreter for him, we should be the first one on the door because they only accept two interpreters a day and before 11 am. Before a day, I called them to make sure about the interpreter, and they told me the same thing. So I got there at 6 am because that what the lady who is working on the info desk told me to do to be the first one. When they opened I been the first customer, and when I told the employee about that, he told me «No, we don’t accept an interpreter for Arabic,» and when I started to explain what happen, he started yelling on me and for no reason he ignored me. I was so surprising about his saying and his acting. I paid $ 50 dollar to the interpreter for doing nothing, and I let him leave. My dad told me that he wants to try testing in Arabic. After he done, we went to the disk to check how he did, the employee told me that he fail. I told him OK, but how he can study for the test without book or anything to prepare for the test he told me: «I don’t care, if you want to leave a comment, there are paper on front disk you can write what ever you want.» I shocked when he told me that he doesn’t care and he wanted to help another person like i’m nothing on front of him.
Before they have any language on their system, they should make sure that people can find a book in the same language to study because there is no Arabic book and there is nothing online for Oregon Knowledge test in Arabic. I’m not talking only for an Arabic language, i’m talking for all the languages that has the same problem. How teachers can give their students a final test without even give them a book. I have no idea how they have the test in Arabic without a book written in Arabic.

Dealing with Dmv reminds me of dealing with communists in the 80s in Eastern Europe.
