David has been hands on with real estate since age 5, when he would help his father clean and prepare rental properties for new tenants. he has worked in all aspects of real estate including property management, maintenance, rehab, development and sales. He also spent many years working on tugboats. Ultimately attaining his captains license and owning a marine fuel barge company in the San Francisco Bay.

A father of two beautiful teenage daughters, and avid golfer and outdoors man. In his free time you may find him shooting hoops with his daughter, doing home improvement projects, or enjoying a glass of wine with his lovely partner of 12 years, Lisa.

David’s background in real estate, management and business ownership allows for a perfect blend of experience, knowledge, patience, and most importantly sense of humor to make even the most challenging transactions run smoothly and with as little stress as possible.
