Daniela’s Barbershop

My husband needed a cut while in Portland for a social function. We found Daniela thru Unilocal,and it was a real find. Best haircut he has ever had. Daniela is delightful and she accommodated our walk-​in. We wish she lived near us in California~ too bad Portland is a bit far for a haircut!

I found Daniela on Unilocal several years ago and have been a happy regular ever since. Great haircut every time! The hot towel and straight razor neck shave are nice touches. Highly recommend.

I am a woman with long hair. I know Daniela gives excellent hair cut for men, but she does wonderful job for women as well. I go to her for trimming. Not sure if she does perm or coloring. (Please ask her.) If you want a simple great hair cut, I recommend her barbershop.

Recently moved to Portland and was looking for a new place to get my hair cut. Found a few places on Unilocal to look at and decided on Daniela’s. Very happy with the choice. She not only does a great job, she also makes suggestions on how your hair might be styled and cut differently. I went with her suggestions and got one of the best cuts ever. She’s got a great eye and is very thorough. I’ve often had to go back for a quick follow-​up with most of the barbers/​stylists I’ve used, or I’ve not been entirely happy with the results. But when I left Daniela’s, I was completely happy with the results. One of the best haircuts I’ve ever had. I’d second the reviewers who mentioned the warm shaving foam and hot towel – fantastic! A great find!

Great haircut… price is around average for other spots in the area ($ 30) but Daniela is fantastic and worth a trip. She gave me one of the best haircuts I’ve ever had and gave great advice regarding how to best style my hair. I’m making it a point to get another haircut here before I go back to NY!

I grew up on Portland and had my haircut at too many places to count. Daniela has been doing my hair for the past year and she gives the best haircut consistently, I’ve had.

Great place to go to get your haircut! Daniela owns and runs this one person operation. She really knows how to cut hair and the experience is relaxing and pampering.
After the full attention haircut she uses hot shaving foam to shave your neck and then there is the warm moist towel treatment. Ahhh, very relaxing. For a minute the stress of the day goes away, and you end up with a very sharp looking haircut.
Highly recommended!
