Specialties

Humans repelled the Martian invasion. Scientists discovered the medicinal properties of Pop Tarts. And Daddies Board Shop opened in 700 square feet on Sandy Blvd. in Portland, Oregon.

Daddies was born out of a passion for skateboarding, snowboarding, and providing the best customer service to anyone who came into the shop (excluding shoplifters). Then, we discovered two things of pure beauty: the Internet and longboards. Daddies went online in 1998 and started selling longboards in 1999. Today Daddies sells more longboards, longboard trucks, longboard wheels, and longboard stuff than anyone in the United States, probably the world, and possibly the galaxy.

History

Established in 1995.

We’re old — 18 years old to be exact. We sold our first longboard, skateboard and snowboard on November 10, 1995 out of our 700 sq ft shop in Portland, Oregon. We fell in love with longboarding in 1999 and have been selling them ever since to hundreds of thousands of customers (not a typo) All over the world. Today, Daddies is the largest longboard shop in the world. Really.

We have a good time here at Daddies. But we take our work seriously. Longboarders have graciously rewarded us for our efforts by voting Daddies the 2012 and 2013 Best Longboard Shop. We’ve won some other cool awards too, like being named one of the fastest growing companies in the United States for the past five years. Sorry for bragging, but we are trying to impress you!
