They had what I wanted and were helpful with picking it out. I haven’t tried to return anything but their service seems good to me.

They had a good selection on gear and was very nice and helpful. It is easy to miss but seeing It was close too 5 o clock traffic. I rolled in to the parking with ease. Thanks.

I went to this place for a Christmas gift. I wish hadn’t.
I don’t usually bitch, but here I go.
I prefer going to small businesses, but this one needs to go.
I bought a 150.00 dollar item and the lady behind the counter talked me
into a small laptop they had on close out, also. I asked if it had a warranty and was told it had a one year warranty.
I got it home and plugged it in to charge up and it would never «boot up».
This was like December 23, so I decided I would have take it back after Christmas and buy another gift for now.
When I went back to this place to return this item which never worked. I was told, by a young pain in the ass, that they don’t take returns. I told her that it never worked and I was told that they had a one year warranty.
She wanted to know who said that, to which I pointed to an older lady. She then informed me that they do not take returns and I should read my receipt. I pulled out my receipt and read to her that all metal detector
sales where final.
She went off exclaiming to me that she doesn’t have to take this crap.
They ended up giving me a gift card which is only good for 90 days.
I don’t ever want to go back in there.
I can’t believe that a place, especially in this economy, would treat a customer like this.
