Welcome to our Portland, Maine yoga studio! We believe that the path to well-being starts with a healthy mind and body. Whether you are new to yoga or an experienced yogi, our certified yoga instructors will assess your strengths and weaknesses and guide you to transforming into your best self. We offer yin yoga classes, ashtanga yoga classes, restorative yoga classes, vinyasa flow yoga classes (also called vinyasa yoga classes), and anusara yoga classes. Our yoga classes are performed in a heated, light-filled studio with bamboo floors, soothing colors, and in a relaxing, noncompetitive atmosphere. We specialize in vinyasa yoga, a yogic practice characterized by flowing postures, or asanas, that are linked to the breath. We strongly recommend that those new to yoga begin their journey with our beginner vinyasa yoga class. For a more vigorous workout, our ashtanga yoga class is more challenging, while our yin yoga class and restorative yoga class have a slower pace and focus on deep stretching, flexibility, and meditation. We believe that yoga has the power to heal the body’s ailments, both physical and emotional, and that its transformative powers are not to be underestimated. We are thrilled to take this journey with you as you create space in your body and in your life.
