We are an alternative to American Red Cross and American Heart Association using equivalent CPR/​AED and First Aid programs which are accepted by over 1800 State Boards and 90 Agencies.

Our CPR/​AED and First Aid classes are informal, fun and relaxed. Our class material covers: Adult, Child and Infant; Child and Infant; and Adult. Your situation, work requirements, and interests determine which area of training you need and we customize the CPR/​AED and First Aid class to meet your needs and requirements.

Business Owner

I have had a lifelong interest in promoting healthy lifestyles, comforting the infirm and sharing knowledge with individuals and groups.

I have been an LPN since 1980 and an Agency Nurse since 1981 with licenses in Virginia, Arizona, Oregon, Hawaii, Nevada and Washington.

My work experience has been in a wide variety of settings, including Long Term Care and Skilled Care units, Alzheimer’s Units, Assisted Living and Retirement facilities, Hospice and Home Care, Doctor’s Offices, Clinics, Hospitals and more.
