The WORST company I have ever dealt with (worse than Comcast) in any business relationship. Their service is god awful, their features are 5 – 7 years behind that of other banks, their online features are a nightmare.
Avoid at all cost, I made the mistake of signing my business up here, and now 6 months after cancelling our service, speaking with multiple managers on the phone, wasting tons of time, I am STILL getting calls from collections agencies about an unpaid balance that isn’t accurate.
They are extremely disorganized and it is miraculous to me they are still in business. I didn’t comprehend HOW BAD they were until we switched to our new bank…
Don’t even consider giving them your business unless you’re a Luddite who hates money.

Columbia Bank does not pay its bills. They stiffed our company on engineering bills and refuse to pay over $ 15,000 worth of work that has benefited the bank and their property holdings.
