Clogs-N-More

The store was lovely, very well laid out, and the customer service was warm, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. I left with shoes that were comfortable and, more importantly, fit very well (especially important since I will wear them every day at a job that requires me to stand and walk all day). My only complaint is that it was very cold in the shop.

I buy one pair of shoes here per year. It fits my budget as well as wear and tear cycle not too shabby. These clogs last a decade or longer but they do get that lived in look after a while which is to be expected.
This year I really wanted something a bit different but wound up with a new pair of standard Dansko clogs. I have this very shoe in 4 other colors/​designs and a couple Mary Jane styles and Sandals. I was ready to plunk down serious coin for boots but they never really fit me quite right for the price.
The ladies working here are always very helpful and will call other stores if you don’t find your size or color.
I finally settled on these odd beauties and I love them! See you next year, clog store.

Such good customer service. So, so good. Went in with an issue with a pair of clogs I bought there and the manager was amazingly helpful and accommodating. Worked with me extensively to find the best pair for my feet to exchange my first pair for. Could not be happier with the experience. Knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and great selection.

I had a great experience working with the Clogs ‘n More on NE Broadway. They do certainly have a great selection of clogs. I was a looking for a work clog (chef) and I wanted to try out one that they had. They didn’t have one in my size in stock, but they were able to track a pair down and have it the next day. I tried those on, bought them, wore them around at the house, and ultimately decided they wouldn’t work for me. I called asking about a returns, and they said it wouldn’t be a problem at all. The lady I worked with was very nice and even made an effort to bring a clog that she thought I might like, based on my suggestions, so I could have something more to try when I returned the clogs. Overall, the staff were very nice and willing to work with me in a genuine, thoughtful way. Not sure why that’s hard to come by these days, but I certainly appreciate it.

Interesting experience. On one hand, they have a lot of clogs and –you guessed it — more, they’re in the Chinook Book for 15% off, and the lady there was nice. And hey, we like supporting neighborhood businesses.
On the other hand, we came in specifically for Mozo shoes for my husband’s job (way, way more comfortable than Danskos by the way, with no ankle-​rolling potential), and their size and selection were really light, even though they had a separate table. My husband’s a size 10, pretty average to have in stock, but there was only one style in his size, and she said «well you could try another store». I had to ask her to call another store (this is something one should volunteer to do at a store). Also, we asked her if they carried the «Natural» and even though it was right there in the brochure that they had on the table, she had no idea what I was talking about. (To me, if you’re going to have them specially displayed, you should probably know what’s on the brochure, or at least look it up). She actually said «well, I’ve never looked at the brochure» when I brought it up to the register — yikes!
We ended up buying a different Mozo style, because none of their stores carry the Natural (and they didn’t offer to order it), and because we wanted to use the coupon, but I’m not sure if we’ll go back.

Called before going in to see if they even had the show and by golly she was rude! Took 3 times for her to answer the phone and She cut me off left in right! I was asking her if she had certain shoes in stock and it seemed like such a bother. Half way through she said «you should go to the Hawthorne store» well if you didn’t cut me off I was trying to tell you I was on my way to work and this location would be more convenient. Ugh thanks a lot for nothing.

I was a little hesitant to go here after reading some of the reviews, but hey, discount Danskos will make me wade through all kinds of indignation.
The woman who helped me was very nice. Game me excellent guidance about finding the right fit, explained how I could take care of my clogs, and that I could swing by any time for a more thorough «brush and polish.»
The prices are great, and I’m very happy with what I got. Looking forward to adding to my collection here.

I needed to resole my Dansko clogs and someone suggested Clogs-​N-​More. I looked at Unilocal reviews and got a little nervous because of bad reviews (for the other locations). I ended up going to this location because it’s near my work and the service was great! The saleswoman was super nice and they were able to get my clogs repaired in 2 days (over a holiday weekend too)! When I picked up my shoes, the same nice saleswoman was there and greeted me by my first name, which I thought was really nice. My clogs look great! Thought it was an all-​around good experience.

Danskos galore in here of many shapes and colors. Usually a decent sale as well. Chockful of shoes, almost makes you feel a little clogged up trying to move around.

I pop in here to the Clogs n More Outlet a few times a year and see what they have in my size. They have a nice selection of Danskos which are my favorite shoe these days. Inventory changes because I think they carry older models and returns. Prices are usually about ½ to ¾ of what you’d pay online or in a department store or at the regular clogs n more.
