The language barrier here can be challenging, but the staff are always always always chipper. I take all my dry cleaning and hemming to them. Cline’s is also fast enough and affordable. It’s very close to my apartment, too, which means it’s convenient.

They used to be great — but were sold to someone else Oct 2013 and the quality has dropped considerably.
They were supposed to have something ready in a week, it was not — I had to wait another week.
Then most recently I had left a blazer for cleaning with spots near the cuff and on the arm. When I went to pick it up, they had not cleaned it at all but had it pressed to pick up. I left it for another week to actually get cleaned — but when I picked it up, buttons on the cuff are were broken in half. When I pointed out the damage they claimed they were already broken! Not true since that would have been noticed when I dropped off the item and pointed out the spots on the sleeve.
Then they make no effort to repair the damage!
I’m never going back there, they have lost me as a customer.

Clines is now our nearest cleaners and I’m sure glad they are. The staff is friendly, gives you a price quote up-​front, and prints out a ticket with the price breakdown and date the items are ready for pickup. Our items have always been cleaned properly, ready on time and the price is comparable to other local cleaners. You really can’t ask for more than that.

I love Cline’s! After trying out the (creepy, STINKY, dirty.) cleaners off Multnomah Blvd. next to Papa Murphy’s (and discovering they had hemmed a pair of my husband’s work slacks to a 24″ inseem when he wears and was MEASURED there as a 28″), I was so happy to have switched to Cline’s! We take all of our dry cleaning as well as any of our tailoring needs to them. The woman who works there is SO sweet and I’m always impressed by how quickly they finish the job!
