CHELSEA loves healthy hair. We offer a range of haircare products to help you care for your hair at home. Currently, we carry Goldwell, Verb and the cult favorite (and PETA approved) Kevin Murphy.

History

Established in 2013.

CHELSEA was founded in 2013 in the heart of SE Portland. The owners recognized the need for a space that felt comfortable and inspiring for both stylists and clients.

Meet the Business Owner

Carmen Waltz and Emily Harmon.

Business Owner

Carmen and Emily met in beauty school here in Portland, Oregon. Through their years in the industry they have both helped manage and build the reputations of local salons and have also worked as independent stylists.

As salon owners they are dedicated to creating the ideal space for clients to visit and for stylists to come to work. As stylists they each bring a unique approach to hair care and services, and continue to refine their skills through regular education and trainings.

Simply put Carmen and Emily love hair– and that’s what CHELSEA salon is all about.
