Chase Bank

This location is always a nightmare. They are consistently understaffed, even in the peak times. The staff they do have are friendly enough most of the time, but they move extremely slow, will have a banker in an office doing nothing while there is only one teller swamped up front-​it makes no sense. If you do have questions they will not go out of their way to find answers for you. I’ve lived in the area for a few years and this branch has gotten worse over time. It’s like Chase umbrella Corp forgot about them and threw that location to the wolves. The folks that work there don’t seem very happy in their daily role either, I feel for them. And the fees with Chase are ridiculous. I had to pay a $ 5 money order fee when it is about half that at Safeway, and about $.50 at Plaid Pantry. Surely you can afford more staff.

This location had friendly and quick service. The employees were helpful and knowledgeable. Make sure to search for online coupons when opening a new account.

This is really a review for all Chase banks but this branch in particular was extremely unhelpful and lied to me and the person I was doing business with.
I was selling a car that I had financed through Chase, the buyer was paying cash. We did this transaction at the bank because I still had a loan and was told that once the buyer pays off the loan they will get the title. We sat down with a teller who took the buyers check and told her and me that the title would be made out to her and sent to her address. The title was sent to her but it was made out to me. Really!!! We spent almost an hour sitting across from this guy who was telling us everything we wanted to hear, but really did nothing he said he would do.
While there the buyer wanted some proof of payment for the car, a receipt of some kind. They could not offer her anything. At one point the bank guy said «we’ve never been asked for anything like that before, most people just take out word for it and trust us.» HA!!! Why would anyone just blindly trust a bank??? I think we all know how that turns out.
So, the bank guy finally printed a receipt for her and we left, thinking she was going to get the title in a week or so. She got the receipt but I had to sign it over to her since it was made out to me, not what we were told would happen.
Why would one of the largest banks in the world not have an easy process for selling a car? Chase is horrible and this branch in particular is especially terrible. Glad I no longer have them for my auto loan.

Worst Chase branch I’ve ever been to. Rudest employees. If you’re going to tell me that I can’t do something, can you maybe offer a solution? Something I can do? No? Nothin? Great. Customer service is obviously not a priority. I’ll go to another bloody bank.
