Cedartech

We have had this house built and moved in Feb. 1993. So we have had the roof cared for several times as all cedar roofs need. Several years back we had Cedartech come do are roof all went well. Roof repaired and cleaned and the gutters washed and working just fine. This year they came to do the repairs and treatment and it was all what you don’t want done. From tossing the removed shakes to the ground to not cleaning the gutters and leaving trash on the roof. They came back to redo the job of the first crew and said they where coming back to do more work later. I have never heard from them again and are still cleaning pluged gutters. In 22 years of this house we have never had gutters that pluged up. But this year I have had 3 that I had to take apart to unplug. And we have more to clean now. They have all been full of cedar shake. We don’t have tall trees that put leaves in the gutters.
Not sure what has changed in their work rules but in the last 5 years it is not an improvement. I paid my bill on time and was waiting for them to return for the rest of the work but I think it might be like them cleaning the gutters. It’s just not going to happen.
I will be looking for a new company to work on the roof next time.
