Our experience at Cedar Mill veterinary has been excellent. The doctors and technicians are all very knowledgeable as well as kind. Never any drama and we are always given treatment options that start with the most natural way to treat a given concern, with options to step things up as necessary.

I have been going here for the past 7 years and would highly recommend them! The clinic is clean, the staff is warm and caring and Dr Bailey is a gem. He always follows up after we have an appointment — even for something minor and is happy to answer any additional questions. I have another vet clinic closer to my home, but I happily drive just a bit further because they are just wonderful. Everyone I have referred here is just as pleased with them.

Dr Rick, though 72 seems to be a young man in spirit: Playful, amusing, and eager to solve problems. he is a joy as is his staff. We’ve also enjoyed one of his associates Dr Al as well.
Weirdly my dog Ricki loves going there– its a first for him to feel so comfortable at a clinic.

Great staff. They really care about my dog and want the best for him. We have been taking our dogs there for over 15 years. The medical and dental care is great. The boarding is convenient and comparable to other places. I got a tour of the back area and found it to be very clean and organized with all the latest technology.

I just love them. I have a dog that loves to get in to EVERYTHING. We have a drill, find out what he got in to, call Cedar Mill Vet, ask them if I should bring him in, and (if needed) bring him in to check him out quickly.
This morning, it was an ant trap that was on top of a counter (how did he get it? ugh!). I got an appointment within 10 minutes of calling. They checked him out quickly. Eased my nerves. Sent us on our way. I now have a happy chewing dog sitting next to me and calmed nerves knowing he is going to be just fine.
We also take him here for his well-​visits and all his shots. All the doctors are super courteous, prompt, and always ready to answer as many questions as I have. All the staff are super friendly and helpful.
Wouldn’t take my little guy anywhere else.

Usually, business professionals that have dissatisfied clients/​customers start responses by stating «we understand your concerns and are very sorry», right?
Then, there’s this response. Guess the truth hurts.
But hey, why let the facts get in the way?
Like the reference below re: a «medical provider». You mean foot massage place reviewed on Unilocal? (With the exact customer’s always wrong if they complain approach.)
Six years. Good question. It was HORRIBLE.
The new Banfield is a breath of fresh air, to say the least. Friendly, attentive, knowledable, automated, proactive, caring. The exact opposite of what you read in DR. RICK WHITE’S response.
I’m quite certain it will be neither the first, nor last potential slander or other suit this guy’s brought on himself. Classic own words enemy type.
Firing customers when there dogs are facing serious life threatening illness — and when they express dissatisfaction with years of ineptitude, mistakes, misbilling, wrong medications, bad advice — by having a front clerk hand me a letter? Not even a conversation.
Years of front office issues. and… a recommendation to do 2 acl’s at the same time, when only one was injured!!! Wrong meds, wrong charges, wrong dates, wrong vaccination scheduling. Constant add on testing that was not necessary. Front office ineptitude a direct reflection of ownership. Horrible.

The staff and vet are very friendly and professional. I love the service and the time they take to explain why they are doing what they are doing. They are exceptional with my dog who just had bilateral TPLO performed at their clinic. I would highly recommend this vet clinic. They are also very reasonable on their financial charges.

My dog hurt her shoulder and we needed an appointment fast. They got us in ASAP and even saw us when we were 30 min late. My dog has seen a vet in 4 states, and this was the first clinic that called the next day to follow up. The clinic was clean and the staff were all accommodating. They also gave my dog a refill on her medication so we didn’t have to pay for another visit which was a first in my dogs 12 years.

When I was little, my family took our dog here, all 16 years of his life. So naturally, when I got my own puppy, we came here. Despite moving further away, and this office becoming inconvenient I stayed loyal and continued coming. For one because I love our vet, and I think he loves Clyde (my dog) too which is a huge plus. And two because I felt like the same office would be better for Clyde than changing when we moved.
I recently had an emergency situation. My Clyde for cut open by something in our yard and had a pretty decent sized gash in his side. I called Cedar Mill Vet, and let them know what had happened (while bawling) and told them that I would really rather come to them than take him to the ER vet. And she said, that depending on how bad it is they may have to refer me to the ER vet anyways cause they might not be able to take care of it before they close.
What?! I’ve been coming to this office for 20 years, (since I was 5) 5 of those with my own dog, I’ve referred business to you and you can’t stay later? Maybe this is just the norm nowadays but it’s really left me with a bad taste in my mouth. All my family’s loyalty over the years and you turn me away when I needed you most.
I’m now looking for a vet closer to home.

The best veterinary clinic and staff! We had a puppy that passed away due to a tragic accident and they went above and beyond in supporting us every step of the way. They even sent us a hand written condolence card in the mail after we laid him to rest. I highly recommend this clinic, they care and will take great care of your pets!

Great staff. Highly responsive. Very caring. Love everyone there. They genuine care about patients and owners.

We have moved around a lot, and because my dog has a fair amount of health issues, we’ve seen a lot of vets. I’m extremely happy with Cedar Mill overall. My dog has been seeing Dr. Bailey in particular. He takes his time explaining things. The staff have all been wonderful. I am so glad this vet hospital is very close to my house. Definitely one of the better clinics my dog has been to.

If you’re looking to establish care for your pets for any reason, your search should stop here. As a pet professional, I expect the best for my animals and I would dare say that it doesn’t come any better than Cedar Mill. The staff is educated and efficient, the veterinarians are top notch and great diagnosticians that are so confident in what they know, they know exactly when to call for consultation. Their modern equipment was capable of taking a digital x-​ray of my dog, be evaluated, sent to a radiologist for their professional interpretation of the image all in less than an hour. That call saved me thousands of dollars that would have been invested in abdominal exploratory surgery if I were unable to get the answers I did so fast. This was my first experience with the team at Cedar Mill but it certainly won’t be my last. I am very glad I found them and have made them my primary veterinary service provider.

This has been my go-​to vet. Great staff, they handle my pooch wonderfully, and patient doctors (I ask a lot of questions). Pretty conveniently located for those north of 26. Rates seem competitive (although high regionally) for the area.

Had a very positive experience here with Dr. White and his staff. I had already been to 2 vets prior and was in need of an experienced doctor/​surgeon to see my dog for his ACL injury. He worked around my hectic schedule and was able to fit me in within a few days notice for both my consultation visit and the surgery. Dr. White spent a good amount of time explaining the injury and what was going on with my dog, as well as what would happen during the surgery. He was very thorough and I felt very confident in his and his staff’s capabilities and experience. When I picked up my dog the day after the surgery, I was walked through his x-​rays, medications, recovery timeframe, and then any remaining questions I had. I feel very confident in the work Dr. White did as well as the treatment of my dog while he was under their care.
The facilities themselves are very clean and nice and don’t have any funky vet smells (that sometimes vets seem to have). I would definitely recommend Dr. White and his veterinary to any pet owner– he’s very friendly and welcoming and will take care of your pet.

Cedar Mill Veterinary Hospital is by far the best place I have ever taken my cats. They are gentle, understanding, knowledgeable, and made sure to answer all of my questions. I highly recommend them!

I would not recommend this place to anyone. While the appearance and people seem like it would be a good clinic, the vet tech we had interactions with was unprofessional, extremely rough and, in my opinion, borderline abusive of our senior animal right in front of us. I had nightmares after witnessing the situation and I can only imagine how they treat animals when the owners are not present…
We will *never* return and advise all other pet owners to do the same!

I’m so glad I found this place. I had an issue with one of my cats and they got me in immediately, and took great care of him till I got to take him home. I felt like everything was explained to me and I was given options on what to do. I also had a regular exam for another one of my cats the next day, and again it went super smooth.
I see someone complained that the doctor didn’t have the best bedside manner, but I really appreciated how to-​the-​point she was and that my cat was taken care of immediately. All the staff seemed knowledgeable and friendly. We will definitely bring our pets back.

I’ve been taking my cat here since we adopted her last year, and the staff has been consistently kind, caring, courteous, and professional. Very helpful in allowing me to understand what is going on with my cat’s health.
Online reservation system makes it much easier to bring my cat in for her regular appointments.
Wonderful facilities! Will be bringing my pets here for a long time.
