History
Established in 1974.
Cedar Mill residents organized the non-profit Cedar Mill Community Library Association in 1974. The library serves Washington County residents as part of Washington County Cooperative Library Services.
Located outside city boundaries, the library is operated by the Cedar Mill Community Library Association. The Cedar Mill Community Library is the largest 501©(3) non-profit public library west of the Mississippi. Circulating more than 2.1 million items each year, Cedar Mill ranks #1 in Oregon for circulation per capita.
