Get yourselves organized people!!! Spent about 7 hours here over a 2 day period checking in a loved one. The bad: Mis-information given regarding payment/billing practices. Phone representative stated co-payments are due after insurance is billed. In reality, payment is required before check in. Check in process is never ending and none of it is clearly communicated. Staff seems unaware of process. After 4 hours of applications and admission processing– it was determined the facility was at capacity. Understandable, but staff stated«everything is completed for tomorrow’s admission» Untrue– it took 3 more hours the following day. Communication with patients and support people and streamlining admission would greatly improve the experience. The good: Apparently they do a decent job(because our loved one came out fine). Phone calls are free to patients.
