I first came here for a pink and white fill. They were all nice but I don’t understand why it was necessary to speak about my ethnicity in a different language. At least they said I was cute even though they mistakenly took me for Spanish. Overall, my fill was not even. It was applied too thick. I didn’t like the shape at all. I wanted them very short and very square for a change. I ended up opting out of the gel top coat to at least shape it better. I was upset they ALL lifted so badly. It was funny because they were all crowded around saying how beautiful and good the girl was doing my nails in Vietnamese but I understood it all. I can see how awkward this would be if it was someone who don’t understand a single word. But I still acted like I didn’t understand it. Also there was an older gentleman working on a young girl who expressed how there was a lot of gel polish left on the side walls of a very young teenager. Please train all your employees to a certain standard before letting them work on clientele to ensure optimum service and repeat clients. Next-I walked into here on a Saturday afternoon around 2 for a pedicure. No one was out front so I picked my color in hopes of someone coming out to work on my nails. After a few minutes, I decided to make some noise thinking they’ll hear me and come out but nope! I stood and sat around for a good 10 minutes listening to them speak Vietnamese in the back about food and vegetables. I left my polish on the receptionist counter and left. At least have someone out front at all times or a bell. You lose business like this. I don’t understand all these good reviews. You get what you pay for. I’m extremely detail-oriented. Maybe it’s because I’m in the same profession too and would never let any of this slide.

–0 this place is now called castle nails, came in to get a mani pedi with my mom, she had to wait and her water was cold the women who did my pedi only put one coat of polish on and then left me for w customer who came on after me while I sat there for 20mins. I ended up giving myself a pedicure and no one even noticed. This is beyond horrible service.

I went to Nail Café on a recommendation from a friend and I was not disappointed! They did a wonderful shellac manicure for only $ 25. Everyone was very friendly and I only waited 5 minutes on their comfy couches as a walk-in. It was very clean and modern looking inside. They also had a large selection of shellac colors, which made it hard to choose, but that’s nothing to complain about. The woman who did my manicure cut my cuticles perfectly and shaped my nails just how I wanted them. The girl next to me getting her tips re-done wanted a design on her nails. The staff seemed very accommodating to her and willing to do whatever. I also loved that they respected what I wanted and didn’t try to haggle me into getting more services. I’ll definitely be back for more manicures and to try their pedicures!
