As a Mac expert in our predominantly PC-​user environment, Rick has had the foresight to predict problems before they arise, troubleshoot effectively, and has been unbelievably flexible when last-​minute changes happen. He brings a sense of calm and is always the voice of reason when I’m in crisis mode, which is incredibly helpful.
