Brian was everything I hoped for in a BK attorney and then some. He is sharp on the laws, which of course should be a prerequisite for a bankruptcy attorney. Not only that, Brian genuinely cared about our case. He checked in often with us to make sure everything was good on our end. Not sure what his fee structure is now, but at least back then it was a flat fee, so I though that was quite impressive. Many attorneys nickel and dime you to death, and he is NOT one of those attorneys!!!
Brian navigated a very tricky situation for us and was able to get us a Chapter 7 (full discharge) despite the fact that the prospects for that looked a little bleak in the beginning. Of course not everyone is going to be able to get this kind of result, but he got us exactly what we needed, and his fees were very reasonable.
I would highly recommend Brian Wheeler to anyone who is considering bankruptcy. Not only that. but I’d also highly recommend folks not to be so scared of the «B» word! Bankruptcy has truly allowed us a fresh start after what was a VERY tumultuous time in our lives financially. We created part of our own problem, but the banks had their part in it, too. If the banks are going to use everything in their disposal to hurt you, why not use your rights do fight back??? Brian helped us do just that.
