I enjoy working with a wide range of customers from first time buyers to experienced real estate investors and finding a loan program that best fits their situation and goals. I have a number of niche programs that many other lenders don’t offer and the flexibility and local presence to close loans quickly. A majority of the loan programs offered are processed, underwritten and funded in the Portland, OR office.

Brian Haveman NMLS 4988 is a native Oregonian. He graduated from Clackamas High School then studied Business and Pre-​Veterinary Medicine at Oregon State University where he graduated in 1993. Brian has been with Summit Mortgage Corporation NMLS 3236 since 1995. He enjoys working with a wide variety of clients with different needs and situations. Outside of work Brian enjoys spending time with his family, attending his children’s sporting events, racing sailboats, and all the outdoor activities the Northwest has to offer.
