One particular experience stands out in my mind. During my home buying experience, Brent took it upon himself to manage the entire mortgage process and timeline. At one point we were approaching an important deadline and had we missed that deadline it would have cost me extra money. Brent made the decision and took action to settle this problem without me needing to make the call. He knew it was in my interest to take action and it ended up settling in my favor. I was extremely impressed with his initiative. When you’re juggling the details of buying a property you need a team of people who have your best interests at heart and with Brent, he’s always got your back.

I live in Bend, but we were referred Brent as a great Mortgage Broker in Portland to help us with the financing on an investment property. As a broker, Brent was able to search several different sources for the best financing (I.e. Lowest rates) for our situation. We own multiple properties and we’ve worked with several lenders but Brent’s thorough explanation of how pricing changes with every lender on a daily basis, helped us understand how working with a true mortgage broker meant we would undoubtedly get paired with the best rates on the day we needed them.
