I help support folks going through their cancer journey. Post-diagnosis I assist in coordinating an integrative program, bringing both the holistic protocols and the allopathic protocols together on the table to establish a cancer care program unique to the individual.
Post remission I help support people as they reformat their lives to increase health and happiness in order to minimize the risk of recurrence.

Daniel M.
Business Owner
Daniel Miller has been involved with the Portland food and beverage industry since 1984, and began to study food in earnest in 1998. In 2007 he launched Duckspoon.com, a video recipe encyclopedia, in an effort to teach people to cook real food from scratch. In 2011 he launched the Open Kitchen Wellness Dinners in collaboration with naturopathic doctors and Chef Abby Fammartino to explore food as medicine.
Miller has spent the last two years studying nutrition and cancer care, the mind-body relationship, and the indelible effect of community and optimism on one’s health. He is very involved in the local community: coaching cancer survivors to support them in the creation of sustainable health and happiness; teaching various kitchen workshops on health and cancer care; growing a long term survivorship program called Taking Care Portland.
