Best Cleaner

This is by far and away the most personable, friendly and «human» dry cleaner I have ever been to. They get your items done just the way you want, every single time. In a rush? They’ll work with you. Need something unique or different cleaned? They’ll work with you. Not to mention the tailoring! Flawless work on men’s and women’s garments. Hands down the best around.

I’ve been going here for years and this is literally the best spot not only for the price but also for the service, they give you. I brought In a jacket Monday morning and had an event Monday evening, they had the jacket done before 3pm. They really are the best cleaners

I had recently purchased a tux shirt and needed for a work event on Saturday. No worries — I’ll just iron the sucker myself Friday night. How hard can that be?
After I spend 15 minutes making the shirt more creased than when it came out of the bag, I hang it overnight. Remarkably, that didn’t make them go away.
So Saturday morning, 10:00a, I call Best. I ask, «can I get a shirt just pressed?» «Yes». Sweet! I go in, he says, «I need to wash this first, I can’t just press it. These creases are so bad only washing will make them go away». Oops. I say, «I need to leave at noon, can you have it done by then?» Him: «Yes, OK, 1:00p it will be ready». Me: «No, I need to leave for work at noon». Him: «Yes, OK, I’ll have it for you by noon».
I came back at noon, ready to bet ANYBODY that it wouldn’t be ready, yet, there it was, hanging, looking sharp as can be. I was prepared to pay for my rush job, but he charged me $ 2 and just asked that I bring my cleaning to him in the future. $ 2? That’s the only time in my life I’ve ever tipped a dry cleaner, and, yes, I have a new cleaner.
Yeah, the neighborhood isn’t great and it’s attached to a questionable-​looking 7 – 11, but come on — the guy saved my butt and did a great job. That’s good enough for me.
