Had a full set re-​done because the nail professional suggested it. Worst thing ever. My nails are STUBBS so short, and an uneven gloopy mess. They were grown out with my own nail and layers of product so I thought, ok, new set. With a full set (my own nails were trimmed down and cut exceedingly short to put tips on) I expected them to be longer than my fingertips. They would have been but the person doing my nails cut one hand square as asked, then the other hand cut to points, as is the fad, but not what I wanted. The result was filed down nubs. Waste of my money and time. I now have short tattered nails. Thanks. Don’t go there. I still don’t know how to save my hands.

Best nail salon I’ve been to in awhile! I go to Vinnie, and my second time in my wife went to Rachel. They both did an amazing job! Vinnie is very detail oriented and is the only person who has made sure my natural nails don’t peel away from my acrylic nails and it really makes a huge difference. He always gets the nail
Shape perfect as well. Rachel did a great job as well and my wife said it was the best mani pedi she has ever had! Definitely check them out.

Went here with my wife for her to get her nails done.
Normally I just sit and wait around because I never get good service at nail places.
My wife convinced me to get a mani/​pedi and I figured why not, can’t be any worse than the other 10 000 888 894 times I have gotten them.
I was wrong! BEST service I have ever gotten, normally they think I am a guy so they tend to half ass the job.
I had Rachel and she was amazing! Best pedicure and manicure I have ever gotten! Will make this a regular thing!

I was a bridesmaid in a wedding this past weekend and needed a pedi and a set of acrylics done last minute. I’d been here before years ago and remembered it to be a positive experience.
I walked in and was helped right away. I got my pedi first and even though it was on the faster side, my feet felt and looked great!
My full set was next. The lady was nice and did a good job. My nails were slightly fanned but I was able to fix that with very minimal effort.
For the price, what I needed and frankly was appreciative of the quickness, I would go back :) not the best pedi or full set ice ever had, but again I’d go back :)

I’m moving to Texas on Monday so hubs treated me to a Mani/​pedi. Having been a farmer, I’ve never bothered before. I’m so glad I went to Bell Nail and Spa for my first pampering!
The mood throughout this clean salon was quiet but friendly. The chairs have massage. The staff is very professional and the tech that took care of me was thorough and very good at his job. The services were fantastic and the price was right!

My friend and I came in for pedicures. All was going well until she skipped my massage (which is the best part!) She had just finished cleaning my feet, rubbed in a little lotion (about 5 seconds each leg/​foot) and then went right into painting my toes. I questioned her about it and she just looked at me confused like she didn’t understand what my problem was. I think she was trying to catch up to where my friend’s pedicurist was at and was hoping I wouldn’t notice. I was really bummed because that is by far my favorite part. They also don’t offer drinks here which is kind of surprising. There are so many other nail salons in town, I don’t have any reason to come back here.

I hate my nails. I asked for oval nails, and I even showed the guy a picture. what I got was rounded square and some oval. I also have two very crooked nails. The entire time «vinny» rushed. I kept repeating I wanted them more rounded, and he says that’s the best he could do. I rather someone take their time than rush to get to the next customer. I wasn’t a walk in. I scheduled an «appointment» don’t even waste your time scheduling an appointment you’re better off just walking in.

Went there with a friend on Friday afternoon. We waited for 20 minutes for a mani/​pedi. We were both asked by the nail techs about a special treatment to help dry feet. I declined, but she pushed it again, saying it would really help my feet. I said ok and she slapped sugar scrub on my legs for 3 minutes and washed it off. That cost $ 7 extra! While using a cheese grater to «exfoliate» my feet, the tech grated my ankle, making it bleed and she said, and did, nothing. The leg massage was short and startled me. When I got my manicure, my nails were done so fast, the polish has bubbles. My friend and I were done with both the mani and the pedi in less than 45 minutes. We waited under the UV drying light for 20 minutes and no one seemed to care. Never going back there!

Very quick. I didn’t get any massage on my manicure or pedicure, and my friend and I were seperated. The color selection was small, but the massage chairs were amazing. Nail painting job, but felt more like a color change then pedicure.

I was very impressed with this establishment. Business was decently busy but the staff greeted every customer and assured them it wouldn’t take long. Stacey did my nails and I have to say it was the first time all my specifications actually were met. She was also very friendly. I have to note that the staff knew the majority of the customers by name. Overall a fabulous experience and I shall return!

Had a great experience today with «V,» the gal that did my nails and eyebrows. I rarely go out to get my nails done, but I wanted to treat myself and I was in the neighborhood.
The place was absolutely packed– I highly suggest calling for a reservation. V did my nails and took her time, she treated me to a handpainted flower on two of my nails, way cool. The eyebrow wax was fine, painful, but fine. She was pretty focused on getting my unruly eyebrows to look symmetrical. V did a great job– probably the best my brows have looked in ages.
The staff weren’t overly-​out of the way friendly, but they were all busy working on clients. I enjoyed treating myself here and will be back for sure!

Manicure/​nails: Stay-​C is so friendly and always takes her time and is very precise while doing my nails. She’s done my nails probably over 100 times in the past 10 years and she never seems to disappoint.
Pedicures: I never specifically request a certain person to do my pedicures and I have never been disappointed. Everyone always takes their time and does a spectacular job. Whenever I get the deluxe pedicure I and always so relaxed after I could just go to sleep in the chair :)
Overall: Stay-​c and Vinnie are absolutely amazing, they’re very personable and know their clients very well. Every time I’m in they’re they call 80% of the people in there by name. They are always keeping their salon up to date, they just got 8 brand new pedicure chairs that are beyond comfortable. They have a wonderful, friendly and friendly staff.
Hands down best salon in Portland. I’ve been going here for appx. 10 years, my brother, sister, dad and brother in-​law also go here.

Love Stacy! She has been doing nails for years and it is reflected in her professionalism and her nail artistry. I find it hard to find technicians that can really create the stiletto nail shape, usually it ends up being almond. But she can really make that sharp claw that stilettos are known for. Plus they offer colored powder so the color of the nail holds, unlike doing a simple acrylic base with polish on top. Price is reasonable (in my opinion) my nails were $ 50 and included the color powder base and a simple design. Already made my next appointment!

Very friendly, quick, and painless experience. After my second time returning here they even remembered me and my friend. Their waxing set-​up is pretty simple but very comfortable. Great prices [eyebrows and lips for a total of $ 12 I believe].

Very friendly. Would give 5 stars if a little more effort was put into pedi. Felt rushed. I wasn’t getting a special price. I paid full price an d they spent less than 30 mins. Kinda disappointing when you want to get pampered.
