The Belgian Embassy is cozy and tucked away just over the Fremont Bridge on the east side of town. The food is delicious, and from what I could tell, very authentic. My friends and I sipped white beers and caught up for hours as the restaurant traffic ebbed and flowed. I would guess that the whole place has not more than 10 tables plus a small bar, so it can fill up or empty out pretty quickly.
I would have given it the full 5 stars if the location was a little bit better. It’s out of the way, but well worth the trip. Think of Rimsky’s with beer and frites.
