This place is awesome Mellisa is great we first stopped here but my friend who was getting the bed was at the other store so we drove there but came back to see Mellisa as she had excellent customer service and have a great price and pays attention to the customer unlike the other place in janzten beach they were not so nice over there but come here instead and skip janzten beach and come straight here to see Mellisa.

Erica helped us with our mattress purchase this week. She was very professional and didn’t pressure us at all. Gave us all the information we needed and plenty of time to make our decision. We can’t wait for our new mattress!

Shopped around for a mattress off and on for a couple of months and ended up buying here. There isn’t much difference between different stores and ended up with the bed we liked best and Erica made it worth it for us to buy it there.

I dreaded buying a bed. But it felt nice to buy a bed from Mark at Hayden Meadows Bedmart. We stopped into one other store somewhere else and perhaps I was off-​putting to the salesman, but I had a horrible experience there. Mark gives enough space that one can really try the beds but also gives all needed info. Also, I never felt pressured to buy.
The lighting and setting of Bedmart is also preferable to the mattress store a few doors down.

Marc and Shawn were both extremely helpful. They got me all taken care of with no pressure and with the kind of pleasant and personable service that is all too rare from commissioned salespeople. I could hardly recommend shopping here highly enough the next time you need a bed.

We had a great experience with Marc at the Hayden Meadows location. They had what we were looking for at a price that fit our budget and we did not feel pressured or overwhelmed by the sales process. Marc was very helpful without being pushy, delivered everything we discussed to the letter and got us financing in 15 minutes. We can’t wait to sleep on our new bed tomorrow!

So, I purchased my bed & frame here about 3 years back & while I’m happy with the bed a wheel broke on the frame. What I found annoying is they don’t carry replacement parts i. e new casters for the beds they sell… fact is it is practically a universal part. So, while they don’t carry these Lowe’s across the parking lot sells them in 2 packs.
