Beaverton Infiniti

This has been horrendous. I am frankly surprised by all the positive reviews, this is literally my first review ever on Unilocal even though I use Unilocal all the time. I bought a 2008 BMW M3 in September, the car itself is great but of the ten cars I’ve purchased over the past 10 years, the service for a car of this caliber other than the sales person was horrid and shady.
The first issue was that the service department stripped the oil plugs on the car resulting in oil leaking all over. They service department left a vacuum hose disconnected. I live in Bellingham so there are few people that can immediately service an M3 so luckily BMW Seattle was able to get it in quickly. Infiniti stated they would cover the fix. Three months later I recently went back to BMW for the car’s first oil change and the service guy I have been dealing with for the past 10 years stated that Infiniti never responded to any of his calls or emails and has yet to pay BMW. This is not only embarrassing to me as a long time customer but should also be embarrassing to Infiniti. SHADY.
Service plan. I am very astute financially but was a bit concerned with the expense of fixing this car so I purchased a $ 4600 dollar service plan. Three weeks after the purchase, I called the provider of the service plan. Not only was there no record of me at all, a week later I stated that the plan was not going to be honored. Of course, having paid taxes and interest on an additional $ 4600, I was not pleased. It took the dealership several more weeks and additional phone calls to «credit the loan» and I was told that while I had put ten thousand in cash down, that they could not simply issue me a check. This equates to approximately $ 450 in taxes and interest. I am also convinced that they do it in this manner to get the larger kickback from the bank financing the car based on the larger loan balance.
Licensing — The dealership did not process the paperwork until several days before the temporary plate was expired. I had to call the dealership and sure enough, it hadn’t be filed at all. Luckily they expedited the paperwork and got the plates overnighted to my house.
2 year warranty — I would not consider this as a warranty unless you buy an Infiniti and live in Portland and are able to take the car back to Beaverton Infiniti, I would not feel comfortable taking a BMW or a Porsche or any other type of car back to their service department. Their service people are not knowledgable and are obviously not capable of servicing anything that’s not made in Japan.
Overall, they have not compensated me at all for the 12+ hours I have spent on the phone and fixing things that should have just been taking care of. Nor have they paid BMW. Nor has any manager other than the sales person emailed or called me.
I would frankly not recommend this dealership at all unless you are willing to spend $ 35K+ for a used car and basically have to orchestrate and fix the deal yourself.

I worked with Calvin Kang. He was professional, courteous and accommodating. I have had a lot of terrible experiences with dealerships in the past and this was by far and away one of the best experiences I have ever had at a dealership. I was looking at a specific vehicle on their site for about 3 months and I got lucky that no one had purchased it. I called and talked to Calvin and gave him the info for the vehicle I was looking for. We then exchanged a few emails, I had him run credit for myself and my co-​borrower, I was already approved when I walked in the door. All I needed to do was test drive and sign, and I was done. I was in and out in about 2 hours including a test drive. Couldn’t ask for better service.

I visited Beaverton Infiniti recently and had the pleasure of dealing with Israel Garza.
I’ve purchased many cars, this was by far not only the best sales experience I’ve had, but also the quickest experience as well. Israel was professional, personable and made the process from start to finish painless.
In three years when my lease is up on my 2016 QX50, I will be returning to purchase another vehicle from Israel.

I hate care shopping, but love cars. Beaverton Infiniti (BI) has helped me overcome my phobia of car shopping. I keep expecting to have bad experiences, but now couldn’t go anywhere else. Izzy (Israel) my sales rep is brilliant. He is friendly (not fake), extremely helpful, gets to the point and has always made me feel comfortable without that pressure known to exude from the pores of car salespeople.
Crazy weird to me NOT to feel like underneath it he was only watching his sales line. I have boughten 3 cars from him over the past 7 years. I get itching to buy a new experience every few years, last one was the FX35 (needed the space to coach my kid’s soccer) this past week I got to pick one for me — traded it in and got the Q50 — sweet ride; handles like its on rails, passes in a blink with 328 horse power (faster than my previous Mustang GT my kids fought ovver so they didn’t have to sit sideways in the back).
I know salesmen need to sell cars, thats their job, but I have looked and walked away often at many dealerships always feeling like I was resented for it, but I have NEVER felt that way at BI. That means a lot when you get the itch to get a new car about every 2 – 3 years.
Freaky to me that I have done 3 straight Infiniti cars, but have you driven one? They are a blast to drive.
I have always had amazing service there too, in fact the service department is a major reason I keep coming back, and oh, yeah, the cars are a ton of fun to drive.
I am happy to recommend BI to anyone, and I have NEVER felt that way about a dealership!

So I spoke with Beaverton Infiniti Service yesterday to schedule my 30,000 mile service. Told them I need a loaner car. I also pointed out that I have an ignition interlock installed in my car. Service time set and there will be a loaner available. I hang up. Get a call back and it’s Infiniti saying we don’t give loaner cars to anyone with Ignition Interlocks installed. Understandable except that I keep my interlock in my car voluntarily. You are going to discriminate against me cause I’m making the road a safer place?
I’ve bought two cars from you guys and all kinds of services over the past 10 years and this is how you treat me? You will never see me again. Take me off your f’ing mailing list.

I called in to verify the car that I had viewed online was there, Spoke with Larry.
Larry was great, his approach, his demeanor, and level of service. He was even great during the test drive.
I took one star off for the car being far from what the pictures depicted. Professional photographers can make a used car look way better than it in in person.
Didn’t buy the car, but if they had one I wanted I would definitely give them another chance

Just had one of the most painless car buying experiences ever! Worked with Greg who was absolutely delightful! Knowledgable, easy going and willing to go the extra mile and best of all– not PUSHY! Such a great experience!

I took CASH in for a $ 44,895 used car. I offered them $ 40k, and they returned with $ 44,700 as the «best» they could do. I came WAY up to $ 44,000 out the door, and they stood firm at $ 44,500. They lost a sale, and I missed out on a great car because of a stupid power struggle over $ 500! It just went beyond pricing at some point and felt like they didn’t even want to sell me the car. Crappy experience all the way around!!!

Just bought my 2010 G37x from John Hart at Beaverton Infiniti. After a month of researching for a quality used luxury car, I found this one when it became available online right after the price dropped into my range.

Troy is good at making this part of the deal flow smoothly. If you don’t want any of the extras, no problem. But if you are needing any extra services, such as extended warranty, Troy is very good at explaining the details. Thank you Troy!
Last but not least is Ryan, the sales manager who worked quietly in the background staying in touch and making sure everything goes smoothly.
I’ll say this again. Most of this went on after store hours. We needed to get it done and these guys went the extra mile to make sure our needs were met.
Have I mentioned how much I love this car? Best thing is the price which is below Kelly Blue Book. Rocking the G37x!

My husband and I went to Beaverton Infiniti to look at a car that they had on their lot. We found the car using their helpful online car look-​up tool.
Camron met us out front of the dealership and was super nice and easy going from the beginning. He asked if we wanted to test drive it. There was no huge hassle that can sometimes occur with the test drive process. After the drive we went inside the beautiful dealership complete with refreshments and cookies. We then talked numbers. Everyone there made it so easy and comfortable. There was none of that back and forth for hours stuff. Andy the finance guy made everything super smooth as well! We LOVE our car and we will for sure see these guys again when we are ready for another.

A month-​and-​a-​half ago we bought a used Cadillac from this dealership. We were very satisfied with the whole transaction & even bought the extended warranty that they said covered everything except regular wear & tear & driver negligence.
So, two weeks later when the battery needed replacing, no problem, we paid to replace it. Now just over a month after buying this vehicle, the front headlight went out. Took it in to have it replaced (cuz you cant change it on your own without taking apart the whole engine) & Firestone let us know that the problem wasn’t the headlight; it was a short in the wiring to the headlight mostlikely caused by a faulty gasket in tbe headlight housing.
Knowing we had the extended warranty, & that this was not due to driver negligence or normal wear & tear, we took it to Beaverton Infinity. Well, guess what? First they said that headlights are not covered. Well of course, but this isn’t a headlight problem, it’s a wiring problem. Called & spoke to them explaining this & then they said its a problem with the body of the vehicle & not a mechanical problem. What? Wiring is definitely mechanical/​electrical!
One thing I guess they are not worried about is whether we will ever buy a car from them again. They were nice enough to give us a brand new loaner car which we are loving. In fact, we were thinking of maybe trading in the Caddy for one like the loaner we were given… but definitely will not do so now!!! Not with this kind of run around & customer service!
Will do a follow up review & let everyone know if anything is ever done to make us once again a satified customer :(
So the repairs have been made to our car & we went to pick it up on a Saturday. My husband inquired as where to go to pay & the reply he got, from two different employees, was that there was mostlikely nothing due as there was no paperwork attached to the work order. They said that if an error was made and any money was still owed, we would probably receive a call on Monday. Well this is now Tuesday morning & we still have not received any call saying to come pay for the work done to the car. My husband is planning to call & double check, & thank them if this is the case. Once again a satisfied customer & will mostlikely consider this dealership when buying our next car! Btw, loved the Qx60 we were given as the loaner~that’s one nice ride!

I had reached the end of my lease on a G37x (awesome car, drove problem-​free for 3years) and went to Beaverton Infiniti to trade it in. Jon Hanson and Casey Graves helped me find a new car quickly with a combination of web and at-​the-​dealer searches. The trade-​in and the purchase process was hassle-​free and Jon helped me secure great financing.
In addition, their service department is way above the level of most service depts. it’s easy to schedule, they don’t try to sell you extras, everyone is friendly and the waiting area is luxurious and customer-​friendly.
I highly recommend this dealership for either an Infiniti or a pre-​owned vehicle as well as for service.
