HORRIBLE customer service! They upgraded their payment systems I was charged twice because of their machine error. Not only was Ashley incredibly rude but while I was there first and upset she interupted me to help someone else. Then I was just told to call customer service as there is nothing she can do with no receipt. Customer service says because if a global outage a receipt wouldn’t matter anyway, I now have to dispute it with my bank and wait 10 days for a credit. This could have been handled much better, but after how I was treated after spending a couple hundred dollars in the past couple weeks, I will probably never shop here again

This is the perfect place to visit to get all kinds of creative scents in terms of your standard bath products (sprays, lotion, etc.) as well as candles and many other items. I hadn’t been here in quite awhile, and it was close to heavenly to feel the air conditioning with top notes of many delicious scents kind of floating on top of all that. I bought a few bottles of spray-​bottle scent and put them in the refrigerator to use after showers to stay cool, calm, and sane during this heatwave. My clerk was a sweetheart and we had a great time talking about ways to stay cool. The store was clean and colorful (summery wonderful without the heatwave). There were some great sales going on, so that made it extra nice for a scent treat.
No matter the season, stop off here for fun scent options for yourself and your home. It can change your whole attitude!

Seems like I always walk away with a bag full of olfactory pleasing items. My place sure does smell wonderful with all the wall plug in’s that I have.
I still have pillow spray and body wash that I’m starting to use as bubble bath, because I just want to use it all up. It’s taking forever.
Message to the fellas. you can buy mens items here too and while you’re there, you can buy your girlfriend, daughters, spouse or significant other some goodies as well. Believe me. it’s a very nice gesture. :)

I’m pretty sure I stuck my nose in and sniffed every single candle in the shop.
They have A LOT of candles. I LOVE candles.
In fact, they have so many incredibly delicious smelling candles, I didn’t linger much over the bath and body aspect of the store. They have big, two wick candles, little tiny candles, and mid-​sized candles. The candles have so many varieties of fragrance that there is sure to be something to please the olfactory sense of everyone.
The bath and body products as expected can be matched up to make sets of shower gels, scrubs, lotions, cremes, perfumes, hand and foot care. You’ll also find loofahs, shower mitts and the like. Many items are also arranged in handy-​dandy gift sets.
Besides all of the above, situated throughout the store are little travel size or at this time of year, stocking stuffer type items such as glittery lip gloss, mini lotions, little candles, mini scented hand sanitizers and oodles of other mini-​sized items.
I know it’s a bath and body shop but still, I’m enamored by the candles.

Ughh. Initially so pleased by the friendly ladies in this nearly empty store approaching mall closing-​time. Eventually so infuriated that as soon as the clock hit «closing,» they shut the doors, and practically shuffled me out of the place…
So fast that I was at the car before I realized that they sold me four items when (they knew) I was only buying the third item to get the buy two-​get three deal. Yes, that’s my fault, too. A good reminder to look carefully at my receipt when things cost a little more than I expected. But –
The transformation from sweet, friendly, and helpful personal shopping experience to annoyed, pushy, and aggressive employees was swift.

Every time I go in this store it’s totally different. I’m a loyal customer, but also a creature of habit: I want to grab my Vanilla and Black Raspberry Bodysplash and go on my merry sweet smelling way. But there is always something that throws a monkey wrench into the way finding process.
Huge new displays, everything switched around, new fragrance lines, gift baskets galore… There’s so much going on in such a little shop! I always manage to eventually find what I’m looking for, even if it’s tucked away in a back corner… thankfully there are always really pleasant associates there to help navigate.
It’s worth checking out the in store sales if you wander by or look online before planning to go. Sometime you can get great «buy 2 get 1 free» deals which are always worth it, especially if you like to stock up.
