Bank of America

It’s hard to get excited about a large corporate bank. I use BofA mostly because of the ease, with its being national and having international partners. As a bank, there are plenty of things that annoy me, but over all it’s fine. This particular branch is also just fine. I have always received good to great service which is nice, but to be honest, it’s also expected. I mean, I’m entrusting you with MY money which you invest and make more money off of (which I don’t really benefit from), so you better be real nice to me! But seriously, they always greet with a smile and are very quick and courteous. The branch seems like it’s about three times the size it should be. It always seems empty and almost erie. It’s clean for the most part, nothing special. This branch is the closest to my office so by default kinda my home branch. I like it well enough and overall consider it to be an A-​OK branch.

This is a nice BOA. A couple ATMs on the inside and have people there to get you in and out quickly if you need assistance. I do about 90% of my banking at this location.

I have been into this branch on 2 different issues I have had. 1 was about a credit card issue and 1 was about a home loan issue. Both times I was sent away with no resolution to my problems. The only reason why I give them 2 stars is because there seems to be plenty of people working there to send you away… lol.

The visit I had today was so uncomfortable I dont know where to begin! The whole branch needs a class on service, and making someone feel comfortable and not like some criminal who is cashing a check for $ 1000!

I will not step foot in this particular branch again!

This is a great branch of BofA. I travel a lot for my job and most branches are just ok. Portland seems to have a dearth of bad BofA branches — the one on NW 21^st is the worst bank I have ever been too but back to this branch.
Nice design, clean, small lines and a friendly professional staff that answers your questions and gets you in and out and on your way. What more could you want.
