I’m happy for the recommendation and happy with my new tires. Great prices ! No added unnecessary services. Honest business. Will come back again. Highly recommend.

I was referred by someone who really researches products and local businesses, and I wasn’t disappointed. I bought and had mounted a set of quality tires which comes with free flat repair, rotation and balancing for the life of the tires. I also had new wiper blades installed, and window conditioning that makes them glide. Troy and staff are very nice and accommodating.

These people are seriously good and kind. They are clearly not out to exploit customers but just do good business.
With all this rain, treat yourself to new $ 20 INSTALLED windershield wiper blades. They have a process where they clean your window with steel wool that makes the blades glide.

These guys are great.
My Van’s TPMS never worked right from day one, and even the dealer couldn’t get them working on NEW PROMASTER van — but these guys DID!
My go to place for snow tires, etc. MUCH BETTER than Les Schwab — better pricing too.

The gentleman who helped us today (possibly the owner?) absolutely went above and beyond in helping my husband outfit our vw vanagon westy with new, bigger tires. The details of this process were tedious, but suffice it to say that he was wonderful and very patient. As a bonus, we ended up here only after calling several tire places and finding that this one had the best prices and was able to get them in for us faster than the other places! We enthusiastically recommend them.

This week I got a flat tire on my way back from work. I stopped by the gas station in front of this place and began to try to fix it. Someone from the shop came over and they patched my tire and put it back on for free! It was such an unexpected, kind act. I was so thankful all the way home, and will definitely come back for service when I need it!

I ordered some tires and had them shipped to these folks for installation and I could not be happier. I was immediately greeted by friendly staff who installed my new tires and checked the tire pressure sensors on my Porsche 987. I wanted the old tires to put under my car when I’m working on it and they not only brought them out for me, they wrapped them in a plastic bag to make sure the interior of the car didn’t get dirty. I’ll be returning to this local business for all my tire needs.

I have been coming here since Troy first opened the business. That’s over 14 years now. Referred lots of my friends and all my family to them anytime they need tires. Always great service and great prices.
Recently my SUV low tire pressure light came on. Troy fixed the tire and told me the cause of the problem which is my chrome wheels were peeling and messing up the tire. He fixed the problem but told me I will need to replace the wheels soon. He did not try to sell me anything or insist I replace them right away. He just told be to be aware of it. I will replace the wheels soon and I will definitely get the wheels from Automotive Outfitters.
I also got a great deal on tires for my wife’s car and again Troy took the tine to fit the tires based on our driving needs. He always explain the features and benefits of the products and let’s you make the decision.
They also have a full alignment service and did a great job with my wife’s car.

Had a heck of a time finding the right lug nuts for a set of wheels I needed on my truck. First we went to a used tire shop and they didn’t sell any type of hardware so they sent us to Auto Zone. We got there and the guy seemed REALLY confused about what we were asking for and finally directed us to what he called the «Plan B» which was to buy two sets of a specialty lug nut at $ 26.99 a pop. I was like NO DUDE. THAT’S CRAZY.
At that point he directed us to Automotive Outfitters. We got there and the guy instantly knew what we needed. He gave me a totally reasonable quote for the hardware ($ 24) and install ($ 20) of my wheels. Between the first tire shop and Auto Zone, I was looking at about $ 94 all said and done, so these guys saved me fifty bucks! Also, a lot of other tire shops only install their own products, but these dudes were happy to oblige my wheels even though they didn’t sell them to me.
We chilled out in the waiting room for about ten minutes, watched some TV and then they were done. It was awesome and I’ll go back there first EVERY TIME. Great experience.

This is my second visit to Automotive Outfitters. Both times I was a little cautious with it being in the neighborhood it’s in, but both times left extremely satisfied.
Staff are very friendly and explained things well. Both times I’ve had my windows tinted and would say they are not only competively priced, but use quality products! My tinting was done in less time than they said to allow and again, am very pleased.
I would definitely recommend friends go here. They also offer other services like tires, wheels, alignments, brakes, lift kits, lighting, plus more.
