We have been servicing Portland and surrounding areas with a whole approach to property maintenance and services. The business is owned and operated by Jose Ramos. With 15+ years of experience in the trades and property services field, we have the knowledge and experience to handle your properties needs commercial or residential. Jose Ramos has 15+ years experience in the building and grounds maintenance field, with experience in four season property care in both residential and commercial properties. In an understanding of todays concerns with energy efficency in residential homes Jose Ramos has attained weatherization training through Maine Housing and has followed up with an advanced installation course. His innovative approach to problems within this field has lead to the design and implementation of various energy saving solutions that are very cost effective.
