I am a mortgage planner and that means I look at the entire balance sheet of my clients. A mortgage is usually the largest debt on the liability side of the financials so taking into account my clients overall financial picture and goals is how I approach each and every client.

I started in the mortgage industry in 1990 and I’m still loving what I do. Helping first time home buyers get the keys to their first home has to be one of the most gratifying aspects of my job. Additionally many of my clients are nearing that next phase of life and looking to buy their dream vacation home and create that get away pad to relax and unwind.
