Avertano and ACP Auto have been awesome! I have used ACP twice now and about to drop off my Mercedes for a 3rd time. I live in NoPo and I park outside and all of my accidents have been while the car has been parked. I have a spotless (surprising considering the accidents) e500 Merc w/​a Lorinser body kit and dealing with aftermarket parts, specifically ordered from Germany is not ideal. ACP Auto ordered, paint matched and installed a front Lorinser bumper, OEM radiator and handled the electrical wiring from the aftermarket fog lights to work as stock and a seamless install of the radiator with no future over heating issues. Owning a high mileage Mercedes can be stressful, compounded by body and electrical work can be a long-​term nightmare. ACP guarantees their work and is always there to answer my call or a stop by. Thank you, Avertano!

Seriously the best. Avertano was awesome and so helpful. He offered me a lift home when I dropped my car off and once he took care of their loaner car I was able to use it for several days… for FREE! Unfortunately my car wound up being totalled but the service here was awesome and I’d recommend it to anyone.

ACP is fantastic! And Avertano (the manger) is our hero! We’ve used them twice in the last six months and both times they were aces! Not only do they pay your deductible and do a wonderful job on your car but they really do care. We had some major body work (including frame work) that needed to happen because of a fender bender and a t-​bone accident and they fixed up our Scion like new. Avertano was friendly, funny and was willing to drop me off at home after I brought my car in (no hassling with having a friend/​family follow me to the shop). And they gave me a great lender car while they had mine. Both times I’ve gotten the car back washed and vacuumed. Fingers crossed I’m not in any more accidents but should I be I know exactly where I’m taking my car — and recommending them to everyone I know.

I found ACP online when looking for a body shop that would cover at least part of my deductiible. My trusted Hyundai Sonata was side-​swiped in a parking lot and the bugger drove away. I tried ACP because of the good ratings on Unilocal.Once I met Avertano, the owner, I felt assured he’d do a good job.
Well, he did an excellent job! My 2004 Sonata looks like new. Avertano went above and beyond to hammer out a dent that wasn’t covered by insurance and to buff up wheel caps. Here’s a small business owner who under-​promises and over-​delivers. So rare today.
I have recommended ACP to my extensive family and to friends.

My experience with ACP Auto Body was phenomenal. The shop manager was very accommodating, and was great about providing me with updates on the repairs of my vehicle. They paid my deductible as promised and even fixed me up with some extras including changing out my headlights and windshield wipers. My expectations were exceeded, they definitely go above and beyond. Highly recommended.

These guys are fantastic. They did a great job on our car and it looks beautiful again! After picking it up, there was one small problem with the windows and they had us bring it right back down and they fixed it. I would take my car back to them anytime! Super friendly, great service, great work.
