Do you have the sense that your work is just a chore? Are your relationships more stressful than satisfying? Why aren’t you happy more of the time? Are you an elder exploring life meaning?

If you experience a loss of joy in life, a sense of drudgery at work, a sense of obligation to your family and friends rather than love, this could be due to confusion about who you really are and what is meaningful to you. It is so easy to get caught up in what everyone else expects from you that you lose sight of the unique person you are.

In more pragmatic terms, experiencing the stress of living a life that isn’t really you and doesn’t make the most of your innate abilities and interests can have a negative impact on every facet of your life: your productivity at work, your relationships in the office and at home, even how much money you make and your physical health.

What really matters to you, deep down in your heart? What are you good at? What gets you excited? How can you be more of that person that would make you feel happy and give you that sense of power and fulfillment that comes with being the real you?

You don’t have to leave your family or throw everyone around you into upheaval. You don’t have to go live in a monastery or become an expert mountaineer. What matters most is finding that true self. I can help you do this, and figure out how to gently move toward a life that better embodies those values, that self. It would be an honor to work with you.
