Please believe the lower ratings and not the 5-​star ones. Very poor customer service, from the dispatcher straight through to the moving men (3). Complained the whole time, then ended up charging me more after the job was done because of extra stairs. I felt like they were doing me a favor, under duress. Please beware. These guys really do suck. (And I’ve had my piano moved at least 10 other times by other companies without any issues.)

I’ve been through multiple piano moves in Portland and have never experienced such poor customer service. They were extremely rude and passive aggressive –not to mention much more expensive than other local movers. Save yourself a headache and go with a different company.

A– Z has been moving my pianos for years! As a music school owner — I have a lot of pianos to move. They are fast, efficient, and very careful. They have had to move pianos up flights of stairs, into basements, and onto stages for me and they always do a great job.
I always recommend them to clients.

We hired them to move our baby grand from my parents’ home to my new home. They were so fast and efficient. They were delicate with the piano and were respectful of my home. They made moving the giant piece of furniture look EASY.

This is an incredible company! They have moved two pianos for us and moved our grand piano to a new house, along with 3 truckloads of furniture! They treated our things with the utmost care.
Their prices are very reasonable and their employees are trustworthy long time employees. They are never pushy but always kind, helpful and reassuring.
I would recommend them to anyone who needs anything moved — save your back and hire a professional! They are experts and the best piano movers around.
