Grand Master Chang Hwa Jeong’s Black Belt Academy is located in Porterville, CA just East of highway 65 near the Save Mart. History

Established in 1978.

Grand Master Jeong taught martial arts while in the South Korean military. From there he moved to Germany with his wife where he was the head instructor of the Moo Duk Kwan association of martial arts. After years of competing and teaching in Germany, Grand Master Jeong immigrated to the U.S. and became a citizen along with his wife. He has had schools located in Floria and Oklahoma. Jeong’s Black Belt Academy has resided in California since 1985.
