This location normally has good service but today they ran out of our medication. They said to have another CVS call them and they’d transfer the Rx because«we’re all connected.» Well that«connection» is a fax machine and the new location didn’t get it. I’m just disappointed because service here has always been so good. Tech at the window here was very nice but the follow through between CVS locations(a CVS problem, not a customer’s problem) is lacking.
