Owners step son came out and fixed the AC. I didn’t need a new system like other places said, It was just dirty. They run a honest business and service. I trust them and though the service call is higher than some, you get what you pay for. There are a lot of bad AC people out there. You can trust this one though. Thank you

A technician from Raymark AC came to service my AC unit when I started getting an error message on my Nest thermostat, and the unit would not run. The technician was on my property for a total of two hours. During that time he flipped the high pressure switch, but was not able to determine what caused the switch to flip. In the end he recommended that I think about purchasing a whole new unit. Additionally, the technician spent between 30 and 40 minutes sitting in his truck. When I asked what he was doing he told me he was letting the unit run, and waiting for his next service call. The situation did not sit right with me, especially him recommending I buy an entire new unit.
I called, and spoke with a supervisor the day after the technician came to my home. She agreed that it was odd he recommended an new unit. She agreed to refund only half an hour of the time he was at my home. Two days later the same issue happened again, and I called my usual HVAC service provider. They sent out a technician who determined within 5 minutes I needed a new fan motor. He was able to demonstrate the issue and explain it to me. This makes me wonder how qualified the technician from Raymark AC & Heating was. I would not recommend this service provider because I feel as though they are willing to stand by an inexperienced technician rather than providing good customer service. It was a costly mistake on my part to trust the maintenance of my AC system to a company I had never used before in a moment of desperation. My AC was broken and the Texas heat is intense!
