Avoid this place like the plague, i sent my son in to get an alignment on a 99 firebird. After starting the alignment they informed him they could not complete it because they did not have the tools to do it. They charged him full price for half the job and told him to take it to the dealership, after a 3 hour wait. I wouldn’t let them fix a flat on a wheelbarrow

Bought new Michelins with road hazard warranty and one of the tires had slow leak due to a nail embedded in the tread part. Was told I needed a new tire because nail was in sidewall. After re-inspecting with counterperson, nail was clearly on the tread. Refused to repair and ended up buying new prorated tire. Service has gone downhill. Each time I had tires rotated, they claimed there was always a worn part requiring replacement at a expensive cost. And check out the added«shop fees» they are charging. Very unethical and untrustworthy practices but then again, seems like all tire competitive tire centers are doing the same according to the poor customer reviews.

I would give less stars if possible. I have been a client here for 8 years, multiple vehicles, multiple services and tire purchases. New management. I come in at 10 min to 8, closing time and no one comes in office to help. I walk around to back, and tell them I need tire and no one is coming in. He, Alex, says, «well, you see we closed at…8» I asked, «what time is it now?». He looks at his phone and can see it’s not 8, but says. «8». I say«I waited in there. I’ll put it on, just need it put on the rim». He hems and haws around and I tell him«I’ll take my business elsewhere». I’m not going back unless they make a whole lot of management changes. I advise others to do so as well. I’m going to try Trout tire tomorrow.

1 star just so they can see how truely sorry they are. This place is always so slow. Took an entire day to get a flat fixed. The plugged it, stupid. Less than a week and I’m sitting here again with the same tire flat. At least it’s a fleet deal and a work truck. Don’t EVER bother coming here for anything except to stink up their bathroom.

Dont bother. It will take longer than they say. The people are not very knowledgeable about tires. They told us 30 min. It took 1.5 hours. The staff member couldn’t even tell us about the tires we were buying. In fact, he said«it says 90,000 miles, but you can’t believe that. Discount Tire in Humble was much better.

I went to NTB last week to have a car checked for a pull. The previous owner purchased tires at a different NTB back in 2012. After reviewing paperwork, it was recommended to do a rebalance of all four wheels. Whereas I didn’t think it would fix a pull, the previous owner had purchased a lifetime rebalance, so it was free to me. Afterward, the technician reported no pull. The vehicle did still pull right, just as much as it had when I got there. Wait time, not an unreasonable 2 hours considering it was a weekday afternoon, and I had no appointment. I brought it back the next day to resolve the problem. This time, they checked the alignment. The alignment had been previously checked at two different places, and I knew it to be good. Finally, I ended up replacing both front tires, and that fixed the problem. All front-line employees that I spoke with were knowledgeable and courteous. All interactions were professional. The reason I gave it 3 instead of more stars is because the problem wasn’t resolved on the first visit, and I don’t think the first two steps were absolutely necessary; they cost me approximately 3.5 hours. That being said, I would return to this NTB.
