WolfePack Transport has been in the Automotive Industry since 1995 (17 Years). Our owner is Pamela Wolfe who has 2 Kids, a 15 years old Daughter and a 11 year old Son along with a husband Scott for almost 25 years. Pam originally got into the Automotive Transport Business, because her husband Scott was a Manager of an automotive dealership. Pam’s husband would always complain about how bad the Auto Transporters were and if only a company would open that was honest and gave a fair price they would be successful. After listening to her husband, Pam finally opened WolfePack Transport.

WolfePack Transport Philosophy:

The owner, Scott, was extremely helpful as this was my first time shipping a car. He took the time to thoroughly explain the process to me. His service was prompt and professionally.
I received daily updates as to the process of the transporting and was very satisfied with the customer service.
I would definitely recommend WolfePack Transport to anyone looking for a reliable, family operated business for their car shipping needs. I would use them again if the opportunity arose again.

This company has horrible communication problems !!! There is a reason they only have one star (it should be 0 stars). I truly don’t know how they are still in business. They are very unprofessional and have no customer service skills whatsoever. If you are looking for an auto transport I would look else where. I was very detailed about the shipping of my vehicles and they couldn’t get my reservation dates correct. They messed up my reservation 5 times. I had to call them numerous times to set them straight on the dates but they couldn’t get their act together so when it came time to cancel no one got back to me till the next day. They had their automative system call me to say I’ve been assigned a driver when I already left messages that I wanted to cancel. When you put a deposit down with any company that clearly knows how to do business (customers come first) they will tell you up front all details if you need to cancel and how to get deposit back… Not this company ! When you mess up a reservation 5 times and the customer wants to cancel they should have that right with out getting penalized for the company’s mistakes. They could careless if you are taken care of or not ! They take out the deposit before you are ever assigned a driver so if you try to cancel before that good luck on getting your money back. They won’t tell you all that upfront. I understand completely if the tell you there is a deposit but once you are assigned a driver it is non-​refundable !!!
