Established in 1979.

Meet Ron Rauschenberger. Ron started with State Farm in 1979 as Fire claims adjuster. Ron’s focus as a claim adjuster was homeowner and Condominium claim. 1985 Ron opened his State Farm Insurance agency in Simi Valley. 2001 closed his Simi Valley agency and started a new career with State Farm as a agency consultant. 2003 Ron moved to Porter Ranch office and opened the office we have today offering all the products State Farm has available, including Banking, Investment, Life, Home, Auto and Business.

Most insurance interactions feel like a corporate scripted sales pitch, a business transaction, or just like pulling teeth. Staci Parker under Ron’s agency takes a different approach and actually LISTENS, answers questions, and takes care of me! The difference from business-​as-​usual insurance is like night and day, and I can tell by interacting with other agents there that they have a culture of really helping their customers.

I would first like to thank all the staff at this State Farm location for providing me excellent and personal service while I was insured with them for 5 – 6 years, they were always super friendly, I never had an issue with State Farm or the agents at this location.
Unfortunately I had to switch to a different insurance provider because of the cost of insurance, I hate to leave a great company but it was my decision to leave State Farm. They did everything in their power to give me the lowest rate they could but that was the lowest they could get it for me. Thanks Lesley and everyone here :)
