History

Established in 1985.

David started in real estate while earning his Masters degree in business and marketing at Western Michigan University. Once he got into real estate, he realized how much he loved helping people meet their housing needs. David was one of the first REALTORS in the area to establish a real estate team to make sure that home buyers and sellers receive the very best of service. In 2009, David’s son Jason joined the team. The Veenstra Team has helped well over 1250 very well satisfied home buyers and sellers. David has been in the top 3% of REALTORS in the US and has earned many awards from the Prudential Real Estate Network. In 2009 David joined Evenboer Walton REALTORS, a local company of highly respected veteran agents to better serve his home buyer and seller clients.

David has his Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the Haworth College of Business at Western MI University, a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Calvin College and has been serving in real estate in Kalamazoo since 1986. Those years in Kalamazoo real estate have been rich and frutiful, allowing David and the Veenstra Team the opportunity to serve well over 1250 satisfied home buyers and sellers. David works closely with home sellers in all aspects of the home marketing process. The uniquely effective and creative advertising strategies of the Veenstra Team consistently generate interest, inquires and home sales. David brings a wealth of knowledge, integrity and wisdom to each transaction. David is an expert negotiator and counselor and tirelessly represents his home buyers and sellers.
