I’m not sure about the honesty of these folk, but I am sure about their disorganization. If you bring them something for consignment, I highly recommend that you also bring a detailed list of what you are consigning and get them to sign that they have received the goods from you. At that point get them to agree to sign for every cash outlay to you for what they sell. Then, when you pick up cash for what they have sold, be sure that you get them to sign that you have picked up the cash. And be prepared to have to do all of the following up. Better yet, take your stuff to Hattie at the Green Goat in Valpo — I dealt with both of these groups recently and she was head and shoulders more with it.
