This place is so dirty. The washing machines with the windows has green mold. The washers smell of mold. The staff is so helpful (sarcasm). It is hard to have a conversation with someone who has bright colors in their hair with facial piercings. Your staff works with the public, do you care what this says about your business?

Great laundromat — courteous staff. We don’t use laundromats very often (large items mostly — 1x or 2x per year) but each time that we have used Portage Cleaners we have been very happy with them. I am glad that they are there and also glad that they care about customer service.

Wife brought in 12 or so pairs of pants for hemming and apparently the lady that was working wasn’t trained properly, so we had to return later that day. After returning, the measurements were quickly done, wife even brought in high heels, but apparently those aren’t needed either. Long story short, they had to redo every pair of her pants because they were hemmed too short. After it was all said and done, there ended up being about 5 – 6 pairs of pants that were unwearable. We have yet to contact the cleaner to report this, but I’m sure that conversation will be in the near future. We’ll see how they rectify the situation. And to think I spent a good part of the day looking for someone to hem the wife’s pants.
