I went to two other locations before choosing PJ’s. PJ’s had BY FAR the best price even after coupons at the other businesses.
I was assisted as soon as I walked in and was pleased that I could see the back studio where they actually do the framing. Unlike the other two places I visited, the person behind the counter was able to very quickly provide me with a quotation. The quotation was so much less than the other two I had previously received that I decided right away to give them my business. I chose a mat and simple frame (they didn’t try to push more expensive options on me) and paid a 50% deposit. The finished product was available in five days. It was perfect.
When dropping off my piece, I was in a rush, and the person I dealt with was very business-​like and efficient. When I went to pick it up, I had a little more time, and we chatted about travel and work and how terrible winters here are. I appreciated that they were pleasant to work with on both occasions and sensitive to what I was looking for from them. It was refreshing to see such a strong customer focus.
