After writing my review, I called the company that product to Hunold (Health Smart). I spoke to a woman there who was appalled that the pharmacy would not replace the sponge on a stick. Her exact words, if I recall, were, «They should have just given you a new one and then we would have sent them a replacement.» She was upset and wanted to know what pharmacy selling their product was responsible.
Additionally, I am dismayed to see that the owners of Hunold have not followed up with me to rectify this situation. Customers lost for life. Too bad. We always support the small businesses in our town. Not this one though!

I’ve learned to avoid the big chain pharmacies — long waits, over worked staff, no customer service. I love hunold because they know me by name and I never have to wait for anything.

Hunold pharmacy has been around for over a hundred years (I think) and the staff are dedicated to serving their customers in a timely manner. The Rx is usually ready in 15 minutes. Even though there are pharmacies closer to my house, I still go to Hunold. They have incredible customer service and know most clients on a first name basis. I highly recommend Hunold Pharmacy!
