Meet the Business Owner

Heather and Frank D.

Business Owner

In 2001, Frank founded his web design company in Port Townsend, WA, Today, Totera Web Systems provides communications support to clients nationwide from their offices at The Colab. Frank enjoys combining creativity with state-​of-​the-​art technology. In addition to business consulting, Frank also spends his time playing music, exploring the adventures of fatherhood, and sailing with his family.

Heather Dudley Nollette returned to Port Townsend in 2007 as the Project Manager for the Hastings Estate Company, a family-​owned businessworking on an historic preservation and waterfront development project in downtown PT. Since that time, she is also Board President for the Port Townsend Main Street Program. Both Frank and Heather serve as members of Team Jefferson, Jefferson County’s Economic Development Council, and as part of the Executive leadership team for the Chamber’s Young Professionals Network. They’re happy to share their latest joint venture in local coworking, called The CoLab.
