The Broken Spoke is a full service (rental, retail and repair) bike shop in the heart of downtown Port Townsend, on the Olympic Peninsula of Washington, USA.

We are looking forward to helping you with all your cycling needs! Pedal in and let us know how we can be of service. We carry Trek, Surly, Mirraco, Antihero, Girl, Arbor, Chariot Trailers, Strider kids «balance» bikes, Chris King, Endura, and so much more.

**We have an excellent kid’s Buy-​Up Program for youth bicycles. Stop in and ask an associate or look it up on our website.

History

Established in 2009.

We opened in late December of 2009. The Broken Spoke was created to make Port Townsend the kind of bicycling community in which we all dream, for our locals and visitors. We want to promote cycling at all levels and make cycling something that brings us all together.

Meet the Manager

Pete S.

Manager

Pete has been biking since he could walk. He is an active mountain, road, cyclo-​cross, downhill, street and touring cyclist. Pete is a member of our local groups: Port Townsend Bicycle Association, Port Townsend Non-​Motorized Transportation Board, Quimper Trails Association, Jefferson Trails Coalition and our nationwide groups: International Mountain Bicycle Association. Pete would love to see you out on the bike of your choice.
